Magdy El Alfy

Magdy El Alfy read law at Ain Shams University, holds a master's in international trade and a diploma in arbitration, and is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association. He is a lawyer and legal consultant, and a founding partner of the firm.

His work is building the legal and defensive strategy around a matter — the position a company or an individual will hold, and how it is defended. He appears in civil litigation and in complex criminal cases, and settles commercial and civil disputes through arbitration and the alternative routes, which is the ground both his master's and his arbitration diploma cover.

On the commercial side he handles company formation and liquidation, drafting and review of commercial contracts, and franchise agreements, for businesses operating locally and across borders. He also acts in personal status matters — family and inheritance — where discretion is usually the client's first concern.
