Most disputes that reach a lawyer are about money or property: a contract that was not honoured, a debt that was not paid, a sale that was never registered. We represent individuals and businesses before the civil and commercial courts at every level, and draft the papers a case is argued on — statements of claim, memoranda and defences, appeals and petitions.
Labour disputes between employees and employers, and administrative disputes with public bodies, are handled in the same practice. And because a judgment is not money until it is executed, enforcement is treated as part of the case from the start, not raised once the case has been won.
