From the idea to a registered legal entity — and the governance that keeps it in good standing.
Setting up a company in Egypt is a sequence of filings with more than one authority, and a missing document at any one of them sends the file back. We take the company from the idea to a registered legal entity: the contract of incorporation and the articles, the commercial register, the licences its activity needs, the tax and investment cards, and the follow-up with the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) and the other authorities in between.
Registration is where much of the market stops. The work that follows — board and general assembly resolutions, compliance under the Companies Law, keeping the company in good standing before the authorities — is part of the same practice here. Mohamed Amin, one of the three founding partners, has incorporated more than 100 companies.
