Mohamed Amin read law at Ain Shams University and has practised across every area of Egyptian law since qualifying, training under senior practitioners and working on some of the most contested and consequential cases in Egypt.
His practice now centres on the corporate side: company formation, corporate governance, risk management and commercial contracts. He has incorporated more than 100 companies and represents them before government and administrative bodies. He also translates and reviews contracts.

محمد أمين محامٍ، خريج كلية الحقوق — جامعة عين شمس. عمل في كل مجالات القانون منذ تخرجه، وتدرّب على يد كبار المحامين، وشارك في عدد من أكثر القضايا جدلًا وأهمية في مصر. ثم انتقل إلى قسم الشركات: التأسيس والحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر والعقود التجارية. أسّس أكثر من 100 شركة، ويمثّلها أمام الجهات الحكومية والإدارية كافة، إلى جانب ترجمة العقود ومراجعتها.
